How to use the Get-ComputerInfo cmdlet for PowerShell

In this article I’ll show how you how to use the Get-ComputerInfo cmdlet. The Get-ComputerInfo cmdlet returns general hardware, operating system and domain information about the local or a remote computer.

To get all the information, just type the cmdlet below:

You could also search for a specific item using the -Property parameter. If you want only show the bios information just type:

To show the OS information, just type:

or only the OS build number and type:

To find out your logon server, just type:
